New York Orchestras Entertainment provided musicians/entertainment twice at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City this past week. One was a charity organization and the other was a major New York hedge fund holding their annual holiday corporate event.
The entertainment included an awesome group, the West African Percussion Ensemble. They performed in the Akeley Hall of African Mammals. The guests were blown away by the presentation of that group in that room. Fantastic!
Central Park Orchestra, the NYO jazz quartet and Freddy Martin (of the Martinis) also were part of the entertainment.
